Description: Standard Swiss Bern K31, cal 7.5x55, made in 1942 with matching year sling, externally matching serial numbers (receiver, barrel, bolt, magazine), reworked at Bern factory in early 1985, now with Bern diopter front/rear sights, factory invoice and 300 meter test target with a 10-shot group measuring under 6”. Complete with matching bayonet made by SIG in Neuhausen with corresponding leather frog. Synopsis: Fascinating Swiss K31 Military Rifle, diopter sights, matching with matching bayonet, factory papers with 300 meter target. Condition: VG-EXC as reworked with metal coverage at 99%, stock nearly new with just a scattering of very superficial handling marks. Oil darkened sling. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG bayonet, that has been polished, with small nicks on blade.
