This firearm is a Yugoslavian M48A mauser, chambered in 8mm mauser. This firearm has been cleaned of the cosmoline so you can clearly see the condition and do not have to guess and hope for the best. This firearm is clean and the metal is in exceptional condition with very little finish loss. This is a stamped matching numbers gun; receiver, bolt, magazine floor plate, and the stock. The rifle is complete and the bore is very good; bright with distinct rifling. The Yugoslavian crest is very distinct and clear on the receiver. The stock is solid and does not appear to have any cracks or splits. Everything appears to be functional and in working order. Overall this M48A will be a very solid shooter. Please see the pictures!

This firearm is a Yugoslavian M48A mauser, chambered in 8mm mauser. This firearm has been cleaned of the cosmoline so you can clearly see the condition and do not have to guess and hope for the best. This firearm is clean and the metal is in exceptional condition with very little finish loss. This is a stamped matching numbers gun; receiver, bolt, magazine floor plate, and the stock. The rifle is complete and the bore is very good; bright with distinct rifling. The Yugoslavian crest is very distinct and clear on the receiver. The stock is solid and does not appear to have any cracks or splits. Everything appears to be functional and in working order. Overall this M48A will be a very solid shooter. Please see the pictures!

This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3% to the total cost for such purchases. Any purchases to be delivered in the state of Virginia incur 6% sales tax. We welcome the use of the “buy it now” option to secure your purchase from other buyers, however payment must be made by CC or mailed with proof of mailing within 3 days of purchase. If the buy it now option is not used, the first buyer making payment will remove the ad on GI from view.
Shipping: Buyer pays for shipping cost; $29 for handguns and $39 for long guns. Firearms will be properly packed and insured for the item sale price only, not including shipping charges. Seller will promptly ship via USPS, Fedex, or UPS at seller’s discretion and choice in accordance with carrier’s regulations and federal law.
Legal Requirements: All sales of firearms or firearm accessories will be in accordance with US federal, state, and local law. We do not sell internationally, nor ship to any state and/or locality where a particular firearm is not legal. If you are unsure about whether an item is legal or has special requirements in your state and/or locality, please verify with a local FFL, preferably the same one that would receive the firearm for transfer. We only ship to licensed FFL’s after receiving a legible, signed copy of their FFL by email. If your FFL has questions or concerns, please have them contact us by phone or email. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all the required documentation is provided in a timely manner to avoid shipping delays. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm that the transfer FFL is open business hours and willing to accept the firearm. C&R licenses are accepted for eligible firearms (unless restricted by state or local law) and will be noted in the ad. A valid government photo ID is required with a signed copy of the C&R license.
Inspection Policy: All firearms have up to a 3 day inspection period prior to transfer. The inspection period begins at time of receipt by the transfer FFL. Firearms are not to be fired, disassembled, tested, or otherwise used during the inspection period. Firearms cannot be returned after transfer to buyer for any reason. Used and mil-surp firearms may have scuff marks, minor cosmetic imperfections and or slight scratches that the description may not denote. Please review the photos carefully. For safety, all used firearms must be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.
Return Policy: Seller is to be immediately notified for a RMA number, within the 3 day inspection period, if a buyer wants to return a firearm. The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a refund. In other words shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item(s). The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance, and over 21 signature required. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.
