Outstanding WWI St. Etienne Mle. 1907-15 French Berthier Rifle 8mm Lebel All Matching 1917

Description:
This is the finest one of these we've ever come across. Made at St. Etienne in May of 1917, it is a Mle. 1907-15 French WWI Berthier rifle in 8mm Lebel. Retains 95% original finish overall. Wood is fine with some light dings and handling marks. Sharp May 1917 dated cartouche. All numbers are matching. Original leather sling. Fine bore with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. If you've been waiting for one of these and need a top notch example, then this is the one! No import marks. Serial number is N55221

We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws.
