This very scarce .22 Long Rifle Mauser single shot Sportmodell Es 350 B training rifle is in exccellent condition. The 26.5"" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. It has a ramped blade front sight and a windage and elevation adjustable rear sight. Interestingly, the rear sight is mounted in approx. 9.5"" long dovetaiils that enable it to slide back and forth. The right dovetail is graduated from 1 to 7. The gun has approx 99% blue. The left side of the barrel is marked PATRONE 22 LONG RIFLE followed by the serial number followed by crown over B, U, G proofs. The right side is marked DRP DRGM wihich signifies that the rifle is patented. The top of the dhamber has the MAUSER banner logo and the left side of the receiver has crown over U and B proofs followed by the serial number followed by MAUSER-WERKE OBERNDORF a.N. The serial numbers on the barrel, receiver, rear sight, and bolt match.The stock is excellent with very little wear. The checkered pistol grip and forearm are sharp. The black pistol grip cap and hard rubber buttplate, with the MAUSER logo, are excellent. The bottom of the trigger guaard bow is finely checkered. The right butt has the round MAUSER logo impressed in it. The sling swivels are present. The action functions correctly. This super example of the very scarce Mauser Es 350 B rifle would be a great fit in your .22 training rifle, soprting rifle, or Mauser rifle collection. You won't find a better one!
