Description:
This U.S. Inland M1 Carbine is a right-hand semi-auto rifle chambered in .30 Carbine. The barrel is 18 inches long. It has a fixed dovetail with side protectors front sight, and an adjustable peep rear sight. The forearm is smooth hardwood. The stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip with a checkered metal butt plate. The receiver dates to March 1944 with replacement barrel and Type V ("M2 Pot Belly") replacement birch stock.
