Description:
This is a very nice Quality Hardware M1 carbine.  Only 359,000 of these were built for WW2 in Chicago, Illinois.  The serial number is 4755126 and the barrel is dated 8-44.  The stock is an Underwood and a "high wood" style.  The barrel is also Underwood with an excellent bore and a muzzle wear measuring 0.1, which is virtually brand new.  The stock has a GHD/UEF crossed canon cartouche and the Circle P proofmark. The stock also has a Rock Island Armory stamp below the crossed cannon cartouche.  The stock is in very nice condition with minor handling marks.  The bolt is also the machined flat version, not the rounded bolt.  Comes with two magazines. This is a very nice example of the M1 carbine. Serious offers will be considered. Must be shipped to an FFL dealer.
