Remington, M1903-A4, WWII Sniper Rifle, CMP Certified, w 330 Scope, SN: 3422884

Description:
SOLD, PENDING RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.............................. This Remington Model M-1903-A4 is a correct historical rifle.  It was purchased and Certified from the CMP in 2012 when these rifles were still available. To be clear it is not a rifle assembled from surplus parts.  The service history can be seen by the 3 overlapping inspectors re-build marks. It has an Excellent bore that measures as new using a Muzzle wear gage. The barrel is marked RA / 3-43 (Remington Arms, March 1943).  
          A Weaver 330 Scope with clear optics having fine cross hairs is mounted. These scopes were common on early rifles like this. They were purchased from existing inventory while Weaver made the transition to M73B scopes.
          The wood shows the usual dings and dents incurred during its service life. Note that the handguard is cracked, an easy repair.
          This rifle is a fine addition to a WWII collection and appears to have “Seen the Elephant”.  Cal. .30-06, Serial Number 3422884.   FFL Required.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt.  Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this rifle is $45.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
