Description:
This 1924 Russian Dragoon is chambered in 7.62X54R and has a 29" barrel. [SA] stamp located on left side of barrel shank near receiver as well as a Finn "41" stamp on right side of barrel shank.
This rifle also has a Cossack KA3 rear sight. This rear sight was also lined out on the left side by the Finns and restamped on the right.
The bore of this rifle shows frost and debris in the grovves, but strong rifling and is counter-bored. There are no import marks seen on the outside of this rifle. The bluing on this rifle is excellent.
The stock is wartime spliced Finn Dragoon length stock. There is a crossed cannons cartouche on the right side of buttstock.
Bolt numbers match barrel serial number. Buttplate is unnumbered and floorplate's number is lined through. Trigger is excellent.
Rifle comes with SA marked Finnsling and Finn sling hangers.
