1936 Izhvesk Finn Mosin-Nagant M91/30 No Import Marks 7.62x54mmR

Description:
This Izhvesk 91/30 is found to have no import marks or [SA] stamps. It is believed to be a Finn trainer or perhaps a Finn rebuild before they started to manufacture M91/30 trainers. Serial numbers on the barrel, bolt, and floor plate match.

The rifle has a 91/30 rear sight and globe front sight. It has an M91 trigger. The bluing seems original and is very nice. There is no hand guard provided.

The stock is in very good condition. It is a shortened Finn M91 2-piece stock with Finn escutcheons. While having some handling marks, there are no cracks found. A crossed annon cartouche is found on the right side of the buttstock. The bore is in poor condition.
