Tula M91/30 mosin nagant originally manufactured in 1915 but rearsenaled in 1921 during the revolution. The 1915 is found under the tang. The sling mounts indicate possible Spanish civil war service. The stock is in very nice shape and is a Remington walnut M91 stock. The buttplate and trigger guard are original to the 1921 rearsenal. The bolt is not matching. Hex reciever, short straight bolt. There are no import marks found. The barrel is not counterbored.
The rifling is sharp and shiny.
Externally, the only part i can find that is not matching serial (30888) is the bolt which is (82851) which was replaced during the Arsenal rebuild. I have not disassembled this rifle from the stock because the barrel band will not slide past the installed sling bale.
