The Mossberg 144 LSB Model was manufactured from 1979 to 1985. The heavy barrel is 27.5 inches long. It has the correct set of target peep sights. It has a bore which is in excellent condition and has a 2-position serrated manual safety. The overall length of the rifle is 44.5 inches, and the length of pull is 13.25 inches. The action functions properly based on visual inspection. The magazine is removeable box. It has a blued finish in fantastic condition, no major wear or marks. It has a one-piece Walnut stock which has a cheek rise and factory black plastic butt plate. It has the lower rail with factory forward hand brace and 3 sling swivels. The stock is in good condition with only light handling wear. It comes with one factory magazine. This rifle would make a great addition to any firearms collection.
