The Patriot series from Mossberg provides sportsmen with high quality rifles at an affordable price. The rifles feature a drop box magazine, spiral fluted bolt and streamlined bolt handle, recessed match crowning on the barrel, and a user adjustable trigger with a 5-pound range (2-7 lbs min/max). The rifles are also offered in a variety of short and long action calibers allowing shooters to choose the perfect rifle for any activity.

The Walnut model features a beautiful satin-finished hardwood stock made from Walnut tree wood with a matte black receiver finish for a traditional look. This special package includes a 3-9x40mm scope and is chambered in .30-06 Springfield. One 5-round magazine is included.
