For sale a Dixie Gun Works, Tennessee Mountain Rifle in .50 caliber Percussion ignition. Rifle has a few handling marks but in good shape. A full adjustable Buckhorn rear sight has been added, the original rear sight is included. These rifles were made by Miroku of Japan for Dixie Gun Works. The rifle appeared to be unfired until I added the rear adjustable sight and then sighted rifle in. It likes .490" round balls with .017" denim patching with 75 grains of FFFg powder.
