Description:
This .40 caliber Lancaster flint rifle has a straight octagon browned 42”x13/16” Green Mountain barrel with 1:48 twist. It is fitted with fixed sights. Stamped on the lower flat, close the the breech is D Greene 40 cal Green Mt. The bore is in very good condition - bright and shiny. The P+++ Maple stock is mounted with German Silver furniture, including a patch box. The Manton style Cochran flint lock is activated by North Star double set triggers. Please note: The triggers MUST be set before cocking the lock. Length of pull is 14, Overall length is 58”, Weight is 7.2 lbs. Wood to Metal fit: Very Good. Made by Don Greene – Staunton, VA. Condition: Very Good.
