The legendary Lyman Great Plains Rifle in nostalgic flintlock configuration. The stock and furniture are in excellent condition, with slight wear on the barrel pins and a few small wood dings. The front blade sight appears to have been filed for sight adjustment. Adjustable buckhorn rear sight. Traditional Hawken lock, with set trigger. Includes composite brass-tipped ramrod and sling-swivel studs.
Includes an agate flint which is a harder, machine-cut flint that produces twice the sparks of traditional English flints, offering superior longevity and consistent ignition. Weight: 9-1/4 lbs. Overall length: 49\".
