14.5" barreled Noveske upper with black RIS2 M4A1 rail (including a Noveske BCG and a Noveske marked BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 charging handle). Permanently attached on the front is a Surefire FH212 flash hider.
This upper was purchased complete from Noveske through Gun Gallery INC and then sent out for permanent attachment of the flash hider by ADCO.
With the flash hider attached the length is over 16" and thus does not constitute an SBR.
