This Parker Hale 1858 Short Rifle is a high-quality reproduction of the British Pattern 1858 Enfield Short Rifle in .577 caliber. It features a 33" barrel, folding ladder rear sight, and authentic styling with case-colored lock and brass furniture.
The straight-grip walnut stock and bayonet lug give it correct period appearance. The bore is bright and the action functions smoothly.
Condition is very good with visible handling marks from use but remains a solid and reliable black powder rifle. No ram-rod.
