Davide Pedersoli Flintlock Indian Trade Musket With Box And Papers
Description: Serial #DA137289, 20 Bore (.62 Caliber), 36" part octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a modern take on the classic 18th century trade musket and features an attractive octagon breech barrel with wedding band transitions to round, a color case-hardened "LOTT" marked lock, and nicely figured, full length, pin-fastened walnut stock. The barrel retains practically all of the original browned finish, with a commensurate amount of original color case-hardening on the lock and trigger guard. The stock has virtually no handling marks or wear, the brass sea serpent sideplate is still bright, and the original brass-tipped ramrod is present. The musket is housed in the original shipping box with the original papers and DVD instructional video. This is a very handsome and well made musket that is in virtually unused condition overall.
