Seller's Inventory #: AL7365
These unusual 15mm Belgian six-shot revolving pinfire rifles are rarely seen in the U.S.. The overall length is approx. 42"". The 25"" octagon barrel has a very good bore with bright rifling and light frosting in the grooves. The barrel is equipped with a blade front sight and a folding leaf rear sight. The cylinder, with the oval ELG proof, is approx. 2 5/8"" long. The only other marking is a circular stamp (JJ?) on the right front lower frame. The rifle exhibits a pleasing smooth brown patina overall. The receiver and hammer exhibit traces of their original case coloring. The buttstock is very good with usage dents and dings, especially on the left. The wrist checkering is worn but distinct. There are two flats with light decorative carving where the stock joins the receiver. The single action cocks and indexes correctly. The cylinder can also be rotated (but the action not cocked) by a trigger pull. If you're a pinfire collector or collector of large bore European rifles, this rifle is for you!
