REMINGTON 700 BDL, 270 WINCHESTER, MADE IN 1969

REMINGTON 700 BDL, made in 1969, 270 Winchester. This is an all original 700 BDL from the 1960s. It has been used but has not been shot a lot. You can tell by looking at the jeweling on the bolt. The Remington 700s that have been shot many times show almost no jeweling left. This one has some wear but shows a lot of originality. Other than the missing front sight hood, everything appears to be original and intact. It has the original rear sight, stock is original, and the metal appears to be in nearly perfect shape. The walnut stock shows a lot of small scratches and dings, but nothing major. The bore is bright with sharp riflings. All internal parts are original and function properly, although you may want your gunsmith to inspect it to be sure.
I have never shot this one, I picked it up in a trade and since I have a 270 that I shoot, it has been in storage until today. These older Remington 700s have a good reputation for accuracy and I think that this one would probably be very accurate. The 270 Winchester shoots a 130 grain bullet at about 3000 FPS depending on the ammo. It is a great Antelope, Deer, and Elk cartridge.

PAYMENT - I can accept Zelle, cashier’s checks, bank checks, or personal checks (pending verification of funds), or money orders. When payment is made via Zelle, I can ship almost immediately after receipt and confirmation.
My FFL dealer (Dixie Gun & Fish, St George, Utah, 435-674-4008) securely packs and ships each firearm, following all firearms laws, and will include a signed copy of their FFL with each firearm shipped. There will be No private sales on firearms!

SAFETY WARNING- Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered may or may not have been test fired, and some have been only visually inspected. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. The buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.

RETURN POLICY- All firearms (Except Layaways) come with a 3-day non firing, no-tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or altering in any way) inspection/return privilege. Inspection is based on a visual review of the firearm to confirm that it is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping charges both ways. Please ask questions.
Return Policy Guidelines of GunsInternational  Unless the buyer and seller agree to modify, as may be the case in a new gun, layaway, international sales and for used guns and accessories it must be clearly marked in the listing as No Return, the return policy is three (3) calendar days from the day the item(s) are received by the buyer or delivered to the FFL acting for the buyer.   The item may be returned for any reason, but the buyer must notify the seller within the three (3) calendar day inspection period.  The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item(s).  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance i.e... Priority, Express, Blue Label etc.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund. Recommendation: Confirm purchase with all details via the Contact Seller form within the listing and print out the listing for your records. Industry standard is that if a buyer fails to perform on a layaway that any monies deposited are forfeited.  GunsInternational recommends all layaways are agreed in writing. Any modification of the 3 day return policy must be in writing by both buyer and seller.
