Remington 700 Stainless .223. Made in Ilion, serial S6331409 has a 26-inch tapering heavy barrel (.830-inch muzzle diameter, tapering flutes, unknown twist). Features include a jeweled bolt body, checkered bolt knob, two-position safety and Burris mounts (one-inch, high). The synthetic stock appears to be factory and modified with a conforming grip and aftermarket recoil pad system. DIMENSIONS: Weight (with mounts) is 10.0 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.85 inches. No box, papers or round count. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Feeding/extraction/ejection operate properly. Metal finish is approximately 95 percent with small areas of rubbing. Stock finish is approximately 90 percent. The price is firm. $1,000 plus shipping.
