Remington – Model 742 – 30-06 – Stk# C499

This Model 742 Remington is chambered in 30-06 and features a 22” tapered round barrel that is in very good condition with the exception of a small scratch on the right side of the barrel in front of the forend. Mounted to the barrel is a windage/elevation adjustable rear sight with a blade front sight. The bore is in very good condition with clean sharp rifling. This rifle is mounted with a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9 Scope. The bluing is in good condition with exception of usage wear on the bottom of the action. The embossed checkered Walnut forend and buttstock are in very good condition with the exception of some minor usage marks, that are mounted with sling studs and the original Remington synthetic butt plate. Rifle comes with an original magazine. Overall condition is very good. Length of pull is 13-3/8”, overall length is 42”, and weight is 8.2 lbs. Our stock number is #C499.
