24 inch part octagon barrel. Mechanics seem to work as they should. Walnut stock is solid and fits decent. It’s estimated that less than 1,000 of these revolving rifles were manufactured from 1866-1879. This one is serial number 342. Nice example of a hard to find early revolving rifle.
