Remington Model 12-C Slide Action Rifle
This Remington Model 12 C is a slide action rifle is chambered in 22 S, L, LR, and it has a 24" octagonal barrel, an adjustable plum-brown patina . It has a pistol grip walnut stock and grooved fore stock. It also has a curved metal butt plate with the Remington logo on it. The rifle is sighted with a raised bead front and adjustable sporting rear sights. The rifle has the takedown screw on the left of the action.

Condition:
The overall condition of this Remington Model 12 C is very good to fine considering its age. It has an octagon barrel with a bright excellent bore. The metal surfaces of this 1920-manufactured rifle are mostly a plum-brown patina showing spots of fine oxidation, light pitting, and handling marks with contact point and high edge wear. The markings remain crisp. The smooth pistol grip walnut stock and grooved fore end rate very good plus with light handling marks and much of its original varnish remaining. The action is smooth and locks up tight cycles correctly. This rifle has plenty of life left in it and in versatile 22LR.
