Remington model 600 1965 2d yr production .308 Beauty
Description:
These terrific little carbines (factory 18 1/2 barrel) are now sought by knowledgable hunters who appreciate their accuracy, light weight and overall lenght of only 37 1/2" and by collectors alike. Produced in this at the time very unique (vent rib) configuration between 1964 and 1967 (later in other iterations into the 70's).
This one is in exceptional condtion. Metal at 94 or 95% and wood over 90% (a few compression marks but no scratches, not dings, no repairs or other issues) Even the floor plate and rib which on many examples have warped are near perfect on this example. Often the rear site has been removed on others offered but is still in place on this fine gun. Screws are approx perfect and not buggered as is orig butt plate.
If you've been looking for a really nice model 600...this may be the one for you.
