From the Remington Law Enforcement Series of rifles comes the left-hand Model 700P LTR. This Light Tactical Rifle houses the same action system that is at the core of the advanced M-24 Sniper Weapon System designed and constructed for the United States Military. The world-renowned accuracy of the model 700 has been optimized and taken to the next level with a precision machined ordinance steel receiver that has a full-length aircraft aluminum bedding block. Its unique bolt design allows the bolt face, barrel, and receiver to surround and support the cartridge head with three overlapping rings of solid steel for maximum performance. Remington included a precision H-S composite stock that is Kevlar and fiberglass reinforced so it stays dimensionally stable under the worst of adverse conditions
