For sale is a Remington Model 700 BDL Varmint Special bolt-action rifle, chambered in the highly respected 7mm-08 Remington cartridge. This rifle is in excellent used condition and was manufactured in the late 1990s (estimated 1997). Serial Number: E6344143.
Built on Remington's legendary Model 700 action, this attractive BDL Varmint Special combines benchrest-inspired precision with real-world hunting utility. The heavy 26-inch barrel provides excellent rigidity and heat management during extended shooting sessions. The beautifully figured laminated hardwood stock features elegant skip-line checkering, a Monte Carlo comb, a black onyx fore-end tip, and a matching black pistol grip cap. The jeweled bolt body cycles smoothly within the receiver. The rifle includes one short action non-magnum magazine. The overall length is 45.25 inches and the length of pull is 13 inches.
