REMINGTON MODEL 760 CUSTOM ENGRAVED
Description:
This sale offers a .30-06 caliber Remington 760 with beautifully executed Germanic engraving and carving. The engraver was a highly skilled artist with a strong knowledge of animal anatomy. The stock and forend is carved with a basketweave and floral design. The date code puts the date of manufacture at December, 1956. The rear of the receiver is marked “WAFFFEN-BOCK Frankfurt/ M Germany.” Waffen-Bock is a well known family owned firearms dealer founded in 1897 and still in business today. Because of the highly regulated German environment, they no longer stock any traditional firearms.
The gun is equipped with a 22” barrel, sling swivels and a modern scope mount. Overall, it is in excellent condition and ready to mount a scope and take into the field on your next deer or hog hunt.
