This is a very nice custom rifle built on the Remington 1917 magnum size receiver. The rifle is cock on open. The blue is like new on the receiver and the 24 inch blue APEX barrel with sights. The walnut stock is also in excellent condition with a Monty Carlo cheek. The Remington 1917 action is known for strength and reliability. This will make a great Safari rifle for someone. The 416 Rigby will put a 400 grain bullet out the muzzle at 2400 FPS.
