Description:
This is a fantastic Model 700 Custom made for me as an employee about 1975. Gun was originally a .280 and has recently been rebarreled with a stainless Lilja barrel in 9.3 x 62. I am getting old and need to let this one go. It is exceptionally accurate and shoots 3/4 inch groups consistently. It has a Jewell trigger that is set at 2 1/2 pounds now but is completely adjustable. Hand picked wood for me by the guys in the custom shop for beauty and a straight stable grain. Rose wood tip and no white line spacers were special order. This rifle has never changed point of impact throughout its entire life. Comes with Leupold Dual Dovetail Base and rings. The 9.3 x 62 cartridge is a truely amazing. I will supply powder and bullet combination that I use. Will ship in the lower 48 ststes for $35.00. Alaska more.
