Description:
* ( On Hold - Robert H. ) This is a rare Remington model 121 - it is a smooth bore, marked for .22 Long Rifle Shot - it is a factory Routledge counterbore. The barrel is a smooth bore, with approx, 13.25" counterbored from the muzzle back, with a muzzle dia. of approx. .400 - looking like a .410 shotgun. There are no rifle sights, only a front bead. The bore is excellent, bright and shiny. Mechanical function is excellent. Overall condition is about 95% with just scattered minor marks, impressions and tiny scratches. Remington only made approx. 3000 smooth bore Model 121's, with different barrel markings within that group, not all are marked like this . The barrel date is K SS - May of 1947. Overall a very fine example of a rare little Remington. ***** Check or certified funds preferred. This must ship to a FFL, C&R okay in Most states, please know your local regs. Shipping will include full insurance. ***** Thanks
