Description:
The Model 572 Fieldmaster was quite popular with shooters as a high quality .22 in its own right, but adding to the appeal, was mimicry of the Remington 870 Wingmaster shotgun. If you got familiar with one, you got familiar with both. The 572 feeds .22 short, long, and long rifle cartridges interchangeably and without adjustment. The sights are ramped front bead, adjustable u-notch rear, and it has a grooved receiver for scope. The s/n traces to mid-60's manufacture, and the barrel code to March 1968. It has been fired some, but it doesn't appear used much, and could pass for a new gun. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
