REMINGTON MODEL 14 SLIDE ACTION RIFLE CHAMBERED IN SCARCE .25 REM
Description:
22 inch round barrel. Brass bead front sight with a replacement sporting rear. Ribbed walnut forearm with matching plain pistol grip buttstock fit with Remington marked checkered steel buttplate. Good condition as amateur restored with metal surfaces showing near all re-blued finish remaining. Good bore shows frosted surfaces with slightly rounded rifling. The stocks show typical handling marks with the buttstock having a coat of finish added and has a hairline crack on right side coming back from the receiver. The .25-caliber models are particularly scarce!
