REMINGTON MODEL 14 SLIDE ACTION RIFLE CUSTOM ENGRAVED BY A.A. WHITE IN CALIBER .32 REM

Description:
22 inch round barrel. 5 shot spiral grooved tube magazine. Sights include a Lyman Ivory bead front, a Marbles folding rear and a Lyman tang sight. Custom engraved receiver signed by  "A. A. WHITE” has a woodland scene featuring a running white tail buck on the right side and a mountain scene with a grizzly on the Left. Scenes are surrounded by open pattern scroll engraving having straight line backgrounds with additional coverage on the top and bottom. Grooved walnut slide handle with matching pistol grip stock fitted with a ribbed steel buttplate. Condition rates about excellent overall showing about 80% lightly worn original blue. Receiver was not refinished after engraving. Near excellent bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Stocks were freshened up and now show worn finish over light handling marks with a small chip on left side at rear of the slide handle. Manufactured in 1928.
