"Very unique opportunity to own Alf Rieckoff aka Alf Malverns rare Nickel finished Remington No.2 serial number 55385 chambered in .22rf with a 22 ½" barrel. Alf was a sharpshooter during the wild west days and would perform his trick shooting at many events. This rifle comes with a wonderful scrapbook of Rieckoff clippings and targets. Rifle is in overall good condition retaining almost all original nickel finish. Wood shows some wear and usage, this would be expected for an expert marksman performer. Bore is good with some pitting visible in the rifling. Rifle comes with Alf’s custom stand, great opportunity to own a wild west trick shots gun!! A unique piece that is in the scrapbook is the article reporting the incident where he shot and killed his assistant on stage.
