It is also factory drilled and tapped for iron sights. It comes with the original Owner’s Manual with data stickers, but there are box, papers, or accessories with the gun.
The condition of the gun is 99 percent. I hesitate to call anything 100 percent that is not new-in-the-box. The owner says it has about three to four hundred rounds fired through it. The metal has no scratches, mars, scuffs, or signs of wear. The bore is bright and shiny. The synthetic stock is practically perfect; it also has no mars or scuffs, or signs of wear. The Remington rubber recoil pad is also unmarked.
