Remington 760 GM 35 REM (?) Pump 19" Barrel Good Bore
Description:
The Remington Model 760 Gamemaster is a pump-action rifle chambered in .35 Remington. It features a 19-inch barrel and a wood stock with a grooved forearm and pistol-grip configuration. The rifle is equipped with a blued metal finish and an index-finger safety. The receiver is drilled and tapped on the left side, with several filled holes visible. A vintage Weaver K25-60-B scope is mounted using Weaver rings, and the sighting system includes a front bead and a rear folding leaf sight.
This rifle is used and shows handling wear consistent with prior firing. The bore condition is described as good, and the action remains functional. The metal surfaces have been re-blued, exhibiting light wear. The stock has a two-inch hairline crack through the wrist area, while the forearm remains solid with no noted breaks. A soft rubber recoil pad has been added to the buttstock. The scope lenses are reported as somewhat cloudy but still clear enough for viewing.
Included with the rifle is the mounted Weaver K25-60-B scope and its rings. No magazine is included. The rifle’s serial number is 326287. The configuration and modifications indicate prior refinishing and scope mounting work, with the filled holes on the receiver showing evidence of multiple mounting attempts. The overall setup reflects a functional vintage Remington pump rifle with a good bore and visible signs of prior use.
NOTE: Barrel has been reblued and .35 Rem caliber marking on barrel shows a number 8 stamped in metal as follows, ".358REM". Due to this change or possibility of barrel rechambering buyer is heavily advised to have the rifles caliber confirmed by a licensed gunsmith before attempting to fire for safety.
