Description:
Serial#T7173 made in 1926 , a classic Westley C bolting boxlock rifle. Barrels are 26” long with good bores and chambers, blade type extractor bodies for a positive extraction of the rimless case. Shoe lump construction, nicely gold inlaid 4 folding , one standing blade  express sight, brass tipped front bead. Fresh reblack in 99% condition, with some older pitting under the forend wood. Receiver is 40% covered with scroll engraving, with a fresh graying. It has firing pin discs, auto safety, good trigger pulls and it is timed properly.
Cosmetically and mechanically in 95% condition. Recent stock and forend , LOP at 14 5/8” over a .800 leather cover pad, 95% condition with some light handling marks.
Weight is 10 Lbs.
The rifle shoots very well with a 250gr Woodleigh and 56.5 gr of RL19.
