A complete start-up build for the high-performance .22 ARC (Advanced Rifle Cartridge), the Faxon FF-15 LW receiver is paired to a precision 16" Faxon Gunner 1-7T5R416R MPI barrel. Specifically engineered for long-range .22 ARC performance, the 16" barrel has jacket-preserving 5R rifling and a 1:7 twist rate to stabilized heavier bullets. It's protected by a salt-bath black nitride finish, and topped off with a custom Faxon muzzle brake over 1/2x28 muzzle threads. The 6061 anodized aluminum Faxon M-LOK handguard provides a full 15" of accessory mounting options. For maximum weight reduction, Faxon took their already lightweight CNC-machined, high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum AR-15 receiver and eliminated the forward bolt assist and skeletonized the magazine well. Trigger pull is crisp and consistent, ideal for enhanced precision. The receiver also features Faxon's "Multi Caliber" designation for straightforward, precision builds in 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, 6.5 Grendel and other cartridges supported by the AR-15 platform.  This full package also includes a B5 pistol grip and B5 adjustable SopMod stock with ergonomic cheek weld. The system uses a .625" gas block, includes a Faxon 6.5 Grendel bolt/BCG and comes with a .22 ARC- compatible 10-round 6.5 Grendel magazine. Weight: 7.4 lbs.
