Description:
BRNO Model 1 Rifle in .22LR cal. with Hensoldt Wetzlar DIALYTAN 4x scope (SN 11231) on claw mounts, the bases for which are attached via the gun’s original dovetails. This gun was built in 1947 and purchased by my father in Germany during one of his tours with the US Army. The gun has sling swivels and the original iron sights, including the multi-leaf (50, 75 and 100 meter) rear sight, and one magazine. The stock was cut, presumably to fit a child or small woman, then extended again. The work is tidy and the LOP is 15”. The bore is clean and bright, the gun is very accurate, it is all there and everything works. The scope and complete set of claw mounts can be relocated to most any gun with dovetails on the receiver, and by themselves may be worth the price. The scope' has a single post reticle and its optics are clear and bright.
