C.L. Moore Michigan Mauser 1909 custom switch barrel rifle
Mauser 1909 action with custom Talley scope bases, two position safety, and crisp Timney trigger 
Pillar beded action and glass beded barrel
Barrel #1: 24" 7mm remington magnum no sights with Talley quick detachable LEUPOLD VX2 3-9x40 scope
Barrel #2: 24" .458 Winchester magnum express rear sight 100yard standing/200 yard folding sight with hooded ramp front sight. Three rounds in the mag/one in the chamber capacity.
Both barrels have English nitro proof marks
Easy take apart system, barrels are easily changed by removing barreled action (two Allen head screws) and unscrewing and installing new barrel (both sets have index mark and forward lug for proper placement).
Both barrels have excellent bores

Rifle is in nice condition overall (no cracks in wood) with some handling marks and blue wear from hunting use. A extra scope could easily be added with Talley quick detachable mounds for use with the .458 magnum barrel, Talley also offers a peep sight that mounts on the rear base.

Originally built for Africa as a plains game/dangerous game rifle but ready to hunt anywhere in the world. C.L.(Clyde) Moore is not a well known gunmaker to most but every rifle I have seen built by him has been top quality.

Plastic hard case included with rifle, reasonable offers considered.
