This is for a stunning Kimber 8400 Caprivi .375 H&H Mag. 24" rifle. Kimber has been making high quality rifles for almost fifty years now. They are well known for their high quality, accuracy, reliability, and beautiful fit and finish. The Caprivi is designed and styled for dangerous game hunting in Africa. The stock is a beautiful AA grade walnut stock with hand rubbed oil finish, steel grip cap, inlayed classic rear sling swivel, classic red recoil pad, and ebony forend tip. The stock is pilar bedded and glass bedded. It also has double cross bolt reinforcements. The barreled action features a matte black finish,  light and crisp adjustable trigger,  claw extractor, barrel band sling swivel attachment, hooded front adjustable sight, and three leaf express rear sight. Please take a look at all of the detailed pictures as they are the best indication of the cosmetic condition of the gun. The gun is exceptionally clean, easily in 95% or better condition, and has been very well cared for. The matte black finish on the metal is probably closer to 98% condition with next to no where. There are a few rub marks on the trigger guard, not through the finish, more of a change to the surface texture. The stock is very clean as well, beautiful figure, with only a few light indentions here and there. There is one ding on the cheek piece, one on the left side of the stock above the rear cross bolt, one on the right side of the butt near the wrist, and a few smaller ones on the underside near the forend tip, and a few very minor others maybe here and there. Mechanically, the gun is sound and everything functions as it should. The bore is bright with strong rifling. This gun is just about perfect to me in that it is super clean, but not so flawless that you would feel bad about taking it out and using it.
