American made bolt rifle chambered for the .375 H&H Magnum cartridge by Kimber of Oregon. It has a 24” round blued steel barrel that the muzzle is crowned and chamfered. The barrel is fitted with a quarter rib. The express rear sight is dovetailed into the quarter rib. The express sight consists of one standing and one folding leaf that are both unmarked. The front sight is a ramped Lyman white tipped blade front sight. The receiver has machined integral bases with recoil shoulders for rings. The Mauser 98 style action features a single trigger with a smooth blade, Winchester Model 70 style 3-position wing safety, and a hinged straddle magazine floor plate. Deluxe quality Claro walnut stock with 2-panel point-pattern checkered pistol hand grip, blued steel grip cap, beaded cheekpiece, wrap-around point pattern checkering on the forearm, ebony forearm tip, inlet sling swivel studs on both toe-line of buttstock and forearm. 13-1/2" LOP to a 5/8" reddish-orange Kimber rubber recoil pad. 8 Lbs. 6 Oz.
