This Lon Paul / Tanglewood Custom Guns Custom ZKK-602 in .375 H&H remains in Excellent condition. It has seen very little usage and looks the part. My consignor bought this out of a collection that I marketed a couple of years ago. The original client had commisioned Lon to build it for him, it was supposed to be a modern iteration of a working Safari Rifle, I belive Lon nailed that objective, the wood is perfectly laid out piece of straight grained beautiful English walnut. The Stock was full length bedded by Lon, which is a nod to idea of a working Rifle, making the bedding stable no matter the conditions. Lon also installed a Winchester 70 style 3 position safety (a good upgraded over the original). It has a VARI-X III 2.5-8x36 scope set in quick detach rings. One of the few embellishments is the checkered/ engraved bolt handle by Jerome Glimm.
