Rigby Big Game with double square bridge action chambered in .404 Jeffery. Factory (Recknagel) 30mm swing-off scope rings are included. Stock is a gorgeous piece of grade 7 Turkish walnut with semigloss oil finish over a traditional red rubber pad in the Silvers style. Bolt ball is three-panel checkered. Rear sight leafs are gold inlaid for increased visibility.

The trigger is a modern style steel unit exhibiting a very crisp pull, averaging 3.5 lbs. The safety is a svelte Winchester 70-style 3-position for perfect scope clearance. The cold hammer forged barrel bears island mounted express sights, one standing leaf and two folding leaves at rear with beaded blade at front protected by a traditional hood. Barrel band front sling mount and matching mount on toe line of stock accommodate a traditional 1” leather sling. Magazine floorplate opens with a traditional trigger guard-mounted Oberndorf release. Trigger guard bears serial number per tradition. The stock is closely modeled after original prewar Rigby sporters, and is a faithful rendition thereof. The recoil pad is traditionally red with Silvers-style rubber construction.
