Remington M1917 Bolt Action WW1 Rifle
Description: Very nice example of a Remington M1917 bolt action rifle from World War 1. The 1917 was the main rifle used by the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe during World War I. This rifle dates to December of 1918, with a barrel dated September 1918. Chambered for 30-06, this rifle likely narrowly missed seeing action in the war, and thus is in very good condition. The 26" barrel has a shiny bore, the wood is free of any major damage, and the finish on the metal is very good as well. Includes a sling, though not sure of its originality. Serial number 634797 Shipping, handling and insurance varies on each firearm from $40.00 to $100.00 depending size, weight and zip code. To be determined after sale.
