Here is a good find. As new Marlin 336CS Cross Bolt  30 30 JM marked, made in New Haven CT  has no box. The first numbers of the Serial # is 110986 _ _. I have to be honest and say I have a good idea the year it was made however Marlin sure made things difficult for everyone in that aspect and I will keep my opinion to myself as I am not here to mis lead anyone.  Never used in fact some paperwork is still attached to it. I am down sizing my collection. I did the best I could with the pics with what I had. This rifle is flawless. From my ffl dealer to yours. $50.00 additional for shipping.
