This is the gun that broke all the molds………first legal SBR….made back about 10 years ago….then the ATF said they were not legal …now they are legal again
This is one of the first ones to hit the market
The way they got around it was the barrel is NOT rifled….shoots a special
Round…looks like a football with fins…lol
Of course it will shoot any 5.56 or 223….but it will  KEY HOLE every round out the barrel
We shot it at 25 yards……….3 inch group…every round was key holed….would hate to get hit with one of those rounds…about 1.5 inch slice
At 50 yards standard ammo was about 6-7 inch group
It would be an absolute brute in home defense with 223 ammo
She is new…we shot about 20 rds through it…been in vault ever since

Based on the clearly articulated ruling issued last month in its prevailing lawsuit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the company will begin shipping a variety of Reformation model configurations to consumers through federally licensed firearm dealers (FFLs) this week.
A firearm that defies the NFA is back and better than ever.
 
In the wake of a pivotal court win against the ATF, Franklin Armory® has resumed production and sales of its Reformation® firearm line.
 
Effective immediately, Reformation models featuring 7.5-inch and 11.5-inch barrels are shipping to consumers via federally licensed firearm dealers (FFLs)—and the best part? No tax stamp required.
 
Thanks to a clearly worded ruling in the lawsuit FRAC v. Garland, the Reformation is now officially and permanently classified as a GCA-only “firearm,” not an NFA-regulated short-barreled rifle (SBR).
