Description:
25 inch tapered octagon barrel chambered for Caliber 8 x 57. The matted barrel is fitted with a sporting bead on ramp front sight and a two leaf rear sight. Color case hardened  action is loaded from top with stripper clip and features a matted receiver/barrel bridge, butter knife bolt handle and working double set triggers. The oil finish walnut half stock features hand cut checkered semi pistol grip with a round knob, Wundhammer style raised side panels, Schnabel tip, sling swivels and a smooth metal butt plate. Condition rates excellent overall with the barrel retaining about 90% blue with sharp barrel legend. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. The action retains about 90% case coloring. Stock is excellent with sharp checkering and shows only very light handling marks. Beautiful high condition German sporting rifle.
