Austrian single shot stalking rifle chambered in .270 Winchester with Kahles 2-7 variable scope in claw mounts. Engraved wooded scene with Roe deer buck chasing a doe on the left, two Chamois bucks on the right side and a bugling Elk on the bottom of the receiver. Oak leaf and scroll engraving around the game scenes with engraving on the forearm fittings. Claw mounted scope, full rib barrel and gold plated adjustable double set trigger, gold plated exactor, gold plated firing pin bushing and several other gold plated components. It has a 24” octagon barrel with AA fancy walnut stock. It also includes a gold plated snap cap. The gun remains in near new condition and does not look like it has been shot. This is a lightweight stalking rifle that tips the scale at just over 7 Lbs with the scope installed. These are a rare item here in the U.S. but quite popular in Europe. This is an extraordinary single shot stalking rifle built by one of the fine rifle builders in Austria and chambered in a popular American cartridge. This gun is over 50 years old and meets the requirements of the C&R license. I offer a three-day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly in a hard rifle case and shipped with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $85 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer).
